We source the finest single-estate Arabica and Robusta beans from the misty plantations of Chikmagalur, Coorg, and the Araku Valley, roasted in small batches to preserve their origin character. Our proprietary brewing method honors the traditional brass davara-tumbler while elevating the experience to global standards.
